Charming 4 bedrooms recently renovated waterfront cottage on the large and beautiful Sturgeon Lake. Spend the day on the dock fishing, swimming, boating or simply grasping the beautiful view. Sit back and enjoy the whole view of the lake from your private balcony overlooking the lake from above the trees. The lake is only a few feet away from the cottage with a private street access and the dock. There is a boat,pedal boat and two new paddle board which you can use to stroll around the lake. Also you can go kayaking on the lake

This is not a professional rental agency, it’s a family renting out their home for other families to enjoy. This is our home, and we would like to share it with responsible families looking to get away from the busy city life. Please be respectful for our home and neighbours.

Large fully stocked kitchen, including Microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, oven, toaster oven, Acti-Fry air fryer, fridge with freezer, utensils, plates, pots and pans. The eating area, there is a glass table with 6 chairs inside or you may enjoy the beautiful outdoors where you can eat outside on the patio table. Outdoor Weber propane BBQ on the deck is available and the propane is included. The living room is equipped with 3 sofa couches where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV show or movie on Netflix on a large led TV. From the living room you can step outside on to the balcony, where you can enjoy drinking your cafe in the morning while watching the sunrise or drink a glass of wine in the evening during the sunset.

The basement has several sport and recreational activities such as full-size ping pong table, professional FABI foosball table, darts, Karaoke machine, and board games.

The backyard has a covered deck attached to the cottage overlooking the whole yard where your can BBQ and eat at the outdoor patio table. In the yard, a large raised stone fire pit can create a magical evening wile roasting marshmallows, having a glass of wine and talking into the night. There is a covered swing where you can enjoy, play cards, or having a drink; rain or shine. Other games such as Yardzee with large wooden dice, Bocce are available to play in the yard.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 adults. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, 1 has a king and the last has a double. The beds will be made with fresh linens on your arrival and are very comfortable.

A small marina is conveniently located very close to the cottage (2-minute walk) where you can purchase essentials and rent power boats. They have daily and weekly rates. Sturgeon lake has fantastic fishing with many of the tournaments happening here.

A small public beach is situated just a few waling minutes away. It’s shallow, and sandy, great for kids and pets to cool off.
