An ideal villa for a coastal family getaway or a romantic escape. Located in a quiet street, close to local restaurants and within walking distance to the beach.

For the keen golfers, Mollymook is home to two great golf courses or for those who love the water, there’s plenty of water activities to pick from whether it be surfing, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking or fishing.

This single level villa is perfect for all ages, located at the rear of the complex. The master bedroom opens onto the deck, enjoy a morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds whistle with a good book. The deck looks over a private back garden, making it your own little secluded haven.

For any additional guests, there is a double sofa in the lounge room available to sleep 2 people.

For those who may need to do a little work while away, wifi is available.

For comfort and convenience this property supplies linen and towels for you, but be sure to pack your own beach towels.
