We always feel safe with the gated entrance and exit and all of the people that work here are super hard working and friendly. We loved the view and it was a great place to stay that had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo with an amazing view. The balcony was our favorite spot - seats 6-8 comfortably. The unit was clean and the ac was cold and the unit was at a good proximity from the elevator.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this Condo. We love this place and the layout of the Condo. I’m also so happy that it is dog friendly. My daughter takes her 5lb Yorkie and this year we took our miniature Poodle. The only complaint that I have is there was hair on the bathroom floor but I understand that is the cleaning service company not the owners. Otherwise we will stay there again next year!! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your Condo!!

Loved the proximity to beach and restaurants. The pull out couch was also large and comfy. Lots of space for everyone. I would recommend bringing extra stuff (soap, paper towels, etc) since the extra supplies are not on the property and you have to drive to get them.

The views of the ocean and beach were spectacular. The condo had great beach vibes, was clean and very welcoming. We loved the large space for our 3 young kids. It felt like a home. The heated pools were also alot of fun. It wasn't without a few negatives though. The in house dryer stopped working, but the property management was quick to respond with money for us to use the community dryers as a backup. Unfortunately, there were a few issues: a few noticeable bugs, broken drywall in a few places, and the balcony needs some tlc. The building hallways and elevator also are very dated and look a bit shady. I know this may not be within the control of the condo owners though. I was also disappointed to see that the pool bar was closed the entire time we were there. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend others do as well. I mention the negatives not to discourage others, but for the management to make some small improvements to make this condo 10 out of 10.

Best location on the entire island

Would 100% stay here every time I come to the island. I have been coming to South Padre for the last 10-15 years and no place I have stayed at compares to this one! Corner room, top floor, stunning views, beautifully furnished and modernized.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here

I really can’t say enough great things about this condo. Very clean, great location and amenities. Only having 1 operational elevator was a challenge at times, but overall a great experience and will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Great getaway from the Summer Heat!!

We love to come to South Padre and had a great time at this amazing condo. The views were gorgeous, the weather was perfect everything we needed was provided (except a few things like wine bottle opener and pot holders) and available for us to use. The location was great just a few minutes away from everything you need. My family had a wonderful time and we will be back!!!

Great Condo

This was a great place to stay with family. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very clean and well furnished. Beach towels were provided. There was a Keurig coffee pot, and a reg pot. so bring pods or regular coffee. We would rent again

Great top level apartment

Nice to be on the top level and in the corner as well. Comfortable recliners and fairly well stocked kitchen. The main bedroom’s bed was nice and soft, but the second bedroom’s bed was pretty firm and the room itself was pretty bright at night due to the outdoor lights. Came well stocked with beach towels as well!
