You'll enjoy all that it has to offer: an outdoor heated pool, much more than just views of beautiful blue skies--you're only one building away 'literally', so you can take advantage even when there's bad weather outside; furnished kitchens including newer appliances, including a dishwasher which means less time cleaning up after meals while still having access plenty space inside any time during weekdays or weekends if needs be; a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your use; ceiling fans to keep things cool indoors when it's warm out and a private balcony.

What are the rates? Rates start at $215 per night. Please call for availability and to make a reservation.

What is the minimum stay? The minimum stay is 7 nights.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund. A 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable. No refunds due to hurricanes or other weather conditions. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets.
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4 pm.
Check-out is before 10 am

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing stay at this Clearwater VRBO! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and just a short walk to the beach. It’s also close to great restaurants and shops, making everything super convenient.We had a stress-free, memorable vacation and highly recommend this place for families. We’ll definitely be back!

The location of the property was great, just a few steps to from beach. However, the cleanliness of the property was not pleasant. The towels had stains, the outdoor furniture appeared old, and the rugs seemed to be in need of an immediate upgrade.

Great place steps away from the beach

The location was great, just steps away from the beach. The place was clean and had all we needed for a family stay, including all basic kitchen items and several useful beach items. Highly recommended!
