Well, we received no check-in instructions. I had asked for an early check-in and was told I would receive a text message that I never received. I called the emergency number and spoke with a lady who gave me the pass code to enter the house, but stated she was at a company dinner and would get with me later. We didn't get into the house until around 10 pm. I called multiple times about this issue and was told I would receive a return phone call which never happened. Very poor experience! I thought there should be a compensation for getting into the property so late but I kept being blown off my management. Extremely poor management and I'm assuming no reimbursement for my wasted time outside the property. I highly not recommend as I still have not received a follow up call from the rental company!
