It was a quiet charming little house with fun decor and a cute loft upstairs. Everything we needed was in the kitchen! Close to a lot of Albuquerque attractions like Old Town!
I loved my stay in the Casita! Very cozy, private house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect stay for a little peace and quiet, yet still close enough the central ABQ. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hi Jon. Thank you for your kind words about your stay at the Casita. We're delighted you enjoyed the cozy and private atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you back to Irvie Homes Vacation Rentals in the future!
We stayed here to attend a family wedding. The house was clean and up to date. It was in a great location for us. The brewery a few blocks away had some great beer and food.
The host and property manager were great. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and they were quite understanding and helpful. The place was comfortable and suited for our wants and needs. We struggled a little bit with the "swamp cooler" temperatures, being cool in the living room area and a little warmer in the bedroom but it was not uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend Carl at Irvie Homes...very helpful.
Perfect for biking to the balloon fiesta. The kids loved the loft. The owner was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe.
A door between the primary and the bathroom would have been nice. I cannot remember if that was in the description but it wasn't too big of a deal.

Thank you, Mandy, for your kind review! We’re thrilled to know that the location and nearby biking trails made it a fun and memorable stay for you and your family. Your feedback about the door is appreciated, and we’ll review the description to make sure everything is clear. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
My two daughters and I stayed in this charming little unit. It was a little tricky to find using Google maps but we managed.
It was super clean and the place stayed pretty cool. My girls loved the loft. I was happy the top of the stairs had a gate.
I loved sitting outside and enjoying the breeze. The neighborhood seemed very peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again in the future.
Upon arriving, my kids were jumping up and down with excitement they saw the loft area sleeping quarters. Very cozy. Upstairs loft allows you to hang out as a family. Watch a movie and relax. Entry living room area allows you to sit down and enjoy some family game time. One small issue came up. I notified my local contact of the situation and they had someone out within an hour to remedy
Great customer service. Great response time. Great communication. Had all of the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay and do cooking in the kitchen. I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Stayed here with my partner, sister, and her partner. Very clean, exactly as it appears in the pictures. Lots of kitchen utensils and pans which was helpful! Great location near some awesome vintage stores. Blake's Lotaburger and Don Choche's were our favorite nearby restaurants for this trip! Host was super accommodating helping us out after our original reservation elsewhere fell through. I did appreciate their additional security measures regarding identity verification as well! Definitely felt safe booking with them.
Some things to note, Google maps tried to get us there the wrong way (one street over) as it's on a cul-de-sac, but once you know where the real entrance is you can find it easily. The other thing is the restroom is attached to the main floor bedroom so make sure you know the folks you're staying with pretty well before staying here.
I can see it being really great for a family with kids too, as the upstairs loft has a gate that can block the stairs for child safety - very smart! Highly recommend this to folks looking for a good spot to stay in ABQ.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casita during the balloon fiesta. The location of this home made it perfect for our many trips to the fiesta park.
