The 1st floor features an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath and access to a spacious deck. 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms with closets and a full bath with tub and two sinks. 3rd floor includes a with gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, full bath with over-sized shower and it's own deck. Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, WiFi, 4 televisions, 2 DVD players, 2 car parking.

Just as advertised - pleasurable experience!

No surprises - condo was clean, organized, properly stocked with essentials - all good. (Minor note; 2nd floor, larger bedroom both reading lights stopped working. Not sure what the problem was.) Great time. Please advise guests there is a shortcut to downtown thru the town parking lot behind the condo. Hiking Shank Painter Rd. is a lot longer - didn’t discover this til day before our departure 😣.

Sorry if you had an issue with the lights. They were working fine when I checked. They are connected to the wall switch so possibly that was off. I do include the best way to get to town in the welcome sheet that you you should have seen but I can highlight that in bold for future travelers. Thank you for renting and your feedback. Great location and well stocked

Dave’s place was perfect for our unexpected P-town getaway. The easy walk to town made exploring all that Commercial St has to offer a breeze. Hanging out on the third floor balcony was lovely for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We would definitely recommend it.

First Week-Long Stay in Ptown

My friends and I (there were 6 of us total) had a very enjoyable stay the week of July 4th, 2019. David was communicative, and the place was very clean and in a good location. The welcoming wine and toiletries in every bathroom were also a nice surprise.

Very comfortable accommodations in PTown.

This modern town house provided all comforts for our stay in Provincetown. Close to Center of town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet needed to relax. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days as much as going out to enjoy Provincetown on the beautiful sunny days.
