Weekend Oasis

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back! The home is spacious, and extremely clean. The pool and spa make for a great day at the house when not on the water boating. Out of all the homes we have rented over the years this home feels the most like home. Owner communication is above and beyond making sure you have everything you need upfront for your stay. We really enjoy staying here and will be back

The best vacation home ever!

This home is absolutely incredible. It’s beautiful and huge. It’s in the perfect location where it’s easy to get to everything. The rooms are laid out so that they are all very private and they all have good sized tvs in them. The shower is the nicest one I’ve ever been in. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The couch and beds were so comfortable and high end. They spared no expense - the towels were huge and fluffy, the sheets were so soft and smelled amazingly clean, even the toilet paper was the expensive thick kind. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The saltwater pool looks brand new and the backyard is beautiful and private! It was so nice to be able to use the massive garage. And the owner was incredible to deal with. So kind, easy to talk to and responded immediately every time I messaged. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait for our next visit!

Snowbird's Dream

What a wonderful spot to spend a couple of “snowbird” months! Of course, the house was really lovely, spacious, and very well appointed…but the beautiful enclosed back yard is truly the star of the show! Sunning on loungers in the heated salt water pool and relaxing in the hot tub was a luxury. Best of all, the large turf area felt great on bare feet and gave a touch of green that I so miss when visiting the southwest. It was perfect for playing fetch with our dog, a competitive game of cornhole, or just enjoying some morning sun to start the day. The neighborhood was both pretty & quiet, but all the Havasu events and amenities (including great dog parks) were an easy drive away. Thanks, Rich, for being such a responsive & helpful host. We appreciated all your efforts to make our stay stress-free and fabulous! Hope we can visit again!

Beautiful house!!

We rented the house for 3 nights, and everything was great! The house is so beautiful and well kept. Communication was thorough and responses were very timely!
