Thank you for staying with us, Selvina, and for sharing your feedback. We're delighted to hear that the home comfortably accommodated two families, that the beds were clean and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the smooth check-in process, responsive hosting, and beautiful sea views. For future guests, please note that linen is optional for this property and guests may either hire linen or bring their own, depending on their preference. This is due to Phillip Island being a remote location with small infrastructure and no industrial laundromat facilities to support the setup you are familiar with in other Victorian short term holiday rental locations. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Regards, The Team at Phillip Island Holiday Homes

Very disappointed with our stay i had specifically reached out asking if the spa had been fixed as a previous review stated the jets were barely working, the host told me they had it fixed and has been working fine since and that they have a technician service it before each stay which seems like a lie as barely any of the jets worked, the spa was the main reason i booked this place and it did not even work as it should might aswell only list it as a hot tub.Ontop of all this the property looks very poorly maintained first thing we were greeted by was a decaying bird on the floor, the inside of the house was dirty popcorn on the floor, dirt, dead bugs on the carpet dust on the windows where people had drawn and written on, stains on the bed. The upstairs area was poorly mopped and the floor was dusty, the bathrooms were disgusting with a funky odour in each one and the windows were either locked with no key to open or jammed shut which didn't help, the shower had black mold on the grout, the ceiling on the ground level also had black mold growing, this place seems like it had not been cleaned in at least a month with how dirty it was when we arrived alot of cob webs and spiders, i also have videos of a bunch of ants upstairs eating something that was under the couch, there were also a bunch of ants which appeared to be coming from behind the ensuite sink. The sliding door in main bed also jamsVery disappointed with our stay for above reasons, save your money book elsewhere
Stains on downstairs bed
Dead moth on carpet in main bedroom
Poorly mopped dusty floors upstairs
Dirty on stairs

Thanks for taking the time to write. As mentioned over the phone and via email. It is noted on the listing when you booked : 'The electric heated 6 person spa (with moderate jet functionality as of March 2024) and the fully enclosed rear yard, complete with a hammock, provides an amazing opportunity to relax in style.' .The pictures sent did not match what you've stated here (a small cobweb in a window corner and one piece of popcorn under a table) we would have happily sent a cleaner back to rectify these issues for you if you had shared them with us during your stay.

Great Family Stay

3 night stay for family of five (12, 9 and 7). Pros Great layout of the home (2 bedrooms downstairs - queen and bunk bed (double and single; master bedroom with ensuite upstairs) Awesome games room in the garage (table tennis, foosball, air hockey and darts) Ensuite has rain shower Tidy kitchen with large refrigerator Great wet room with washer and dryer TVs with Chromecast Reliable wifi (although it does get affected with microwave on!) Cons Hot tub was severely underperforming - nil power on jets. Heater worked great but there was zero output from the jets - it was basically a big outdoor bathtub. We called the management regarding the issue and were put in contact with hot tub service technician. There was a jet controller (selects different jets within tub) piece broken and they indicated that they ordered a new one. Not totally convinced that this was the issue as we were able to use a spanner to manipulate the sector but it did not improve any of the jet output. Kitchen - nil 25L bin bags available (used multiple small food waste bags), minimal dish washing detergent available, pantry needed to rearranged to be able to fit our supplies and dishwasher hadn’t been emptied on arrival. Screen door to deck need adjustment. Clutch on the blackout blind in the master bedroom doesn’t work - blind runs out when you extend it. Sliding door to the ensuite needs adjustment Air hockey score box needs new batteries. Paint flaking on ensuite ceiling.

What a location!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! It exceeded our expectations. The view from upstairs was amazing we could see the ocean and we loved the games room, we had a couple of small issues with the spa but apart from that we loved it!

Great Layout!

House is a great layout and in a great location. The spa had an error and back deck stairs are unsafe but we have notified the agent so hopefully they fix it! House was clean however bunk room was still a little dirty.
