Apart from sleepless nights, daytime was ok

The fire Alarm kept us awake at night as it kept going off for no reason. The TV volume is fixed n can't be increased so cant hear when kitchen exhaust is on. I wish to get a refund for the sleepless nights......

The 2 TV's a brand new smart TV's that do not have a fixed volume. We have people on site who would have been happy to help, as there is a 24/7 on-call number
