Please be aware there is another dwelling on site at this property that is permanently occupied.The pictured swimming pool is not available for guest use.There are kayaks available to use but guests must bring their own life-jackets to gain access to these.While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.Please note that as of today, there is no hot water in the kitchen only as cylinder needs repairs or replacement. Hot water is available in all bathrooms.
