This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Enter the spacious, open-concept floorpan and immediately unwind for a relaxing vacation. This beach community retreat is a delight at every turn with all-new furniture, paint, flooring, (5) flat screen TVs and complimentary wifi throughout. The fully-appointed kitchen is the showplace of the living area featuring award-winning designer cabinetry, top of the line appliances, quartz countertops and a separate bar station with wine fridge for entertaining. The adjacent family room features a comfortable sectional sofa and 65" TV. The dining area seats 4 at the round top table with additional seating for 4 at the counter. Your eyes are immediately drawn through the sliding doors out to the cozy seating space on the lanai with 42" flat TV and then on to a wonderful screened outdoor space with ample patio furniture for lounging by the solar heated salt water Nassau pool and cooking on the grill. Washing and drying isn't a chore in the separate laundry room. The spacious master features a king bed, private en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 50" flat screen TV. A lovely and bright second bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with queen bed and flat screen TV. In the third bedroom, kids will love the bunk bed with double bed below, twin bed above and pull-out twin size trundle. The second full bath is conveniently located in between. Enjoy quiet time or catch up on your favorite TV shows in the sitting area just off the front entry with sectional sofa and 42" flat screen TV with Xbox gaming console. A selection of beach toys and accessories is available in the two car garage for all guests to use.

This place established a new standard for vacation rentals. The house has great finishes, is spotless and had all we needed and more, especially with the beach items. Our kids loved the pool. We don’t need to look for any other place to stay when in Naples.

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, our family was absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The pool was warm and impeccably clean, and the home itself is beautifully designed—both inviting and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax together or spread out when needed. This house is just as the pictures show but bigger. The rooms are very spacious. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We had everything we needed for a get-a-way and of course the pool was fantastic. We would definitely be back.

Great getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect and we used it every day. Even though this was a Florida staycation for us, we forgot beach stuff! Luckily, they had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ellen was very responsive to the couple questions we had. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay here again.

Great Vacation Home!

The owner has thought of everything that you would want or need in this beautiful vacation home. Everything is very high quality, clean and low maintenance. The pool could have been warmer but got better once the air temperature got warmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house which is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Our Nova Scotia Friends getaway

Our friends came to visit for 10 days and stayed at this home. They loved it. The home was clean, well appointed, perfectly located and very comfortable. They especially enjoyed the pool. They were a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Everyone had enough space to gather and to spread out when they wanted to. I would highly recommend this property. Our friends would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Next to Paradise

We had a great time in Naples visiting with local family. Our stay was just fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations and was everything we could have wished for. The only drawback was the ant problem in the pool, but nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed swimming after cleaning the pool each morning. Otherwise our stay was pretty much flawless. Will definitely stay here in the future and you should consider it highly on your list!!

Great Holliday House!! Close to beach shopping and restaurants.

The property was great. The layout was perfect for families and entertaining. Comfortable beds lots of separated seating just a lot of thought in the design. We would definitely rent again. Location was great beach was close and everything for beach for your convenience. Lots of shopping and restaurants wish we stayed longer. We stayed at the end of April which was nice because the spring breakers were gone and the weather was gorgeous. Everything was 10 or 15 minutes away. Nice, nice spot.

Family Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations! The furniture (indoor and out) was in excellent shape and very clean. We enjoyed using the park pass, paddle board, beach toys and the pool toys. Upon arrival the garage door wasn't working, we contacted the owner and within an hour, she had set up an appointment for it to be repaired. Great communication and we really felt cared for during our stay.The pool was clean (although the screen has a few holes in it, which let in a few bugs) but overall, the pool was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

Great location near the beach (not walking distance if you have gear in my opinion but a very short drive). We took advantage of the beach pass with the cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs and spent mornings to early afternoon there. The house itself has a great layout. Very well done inside with everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai in back as well. The owners did a great job with the remodel. My only suggestion would be for privacy fences or more dense vegetation along the sides near the lanai. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, etc a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you.
