The home is a large three story home, on the lower level, a master bedroom with en-suite , along with the second bedroom and half bathroom. Family room, tv, wood stove and office with amenities also on lower lower level.
Main floor has the living room, with smart tv, electric fireplace, and french doors to large view deck, complete with deck furniture, heater, and propane firepit. Also on this level, kitchen and dining room, with slider to barbeque, and patio dining table.
Third bedroom with double bed , and view of Heriot Bay government dock, on the upper level.
Located in the heart of Heriot Bay, walking distance to amenities, the Heriot Bay Inn, marina, fine dining and weekend entertainment. Minutes drive to Rebecca Spit.

Beautiful Heriot Bay

My family enjoyed our stay in Tina’s house. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well stocked and all the room were nicely furnished. The view overlooking Heriot Bay was constantly changing, with boats and the ferry coming and going. We would definitely stay again.

Great time on Quadra

We had a wonderful few days stay in Tina’s house in Herriot Bay as a family of 4 with our 2 young adult children. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views from the deck out over Herriot Bay. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement which is very nice and cool (if a bit dark) and the third is in the top of the house with a lovely view over the bay. We explored much of the island and did a great circular walk up to south peak Chinese Mountain, and can recommend swimming in Open Bay and at Rebecca Spit. We also drove up to Surge Narrows which was a great drive. Everyone on the island is very friendly and helpful - you can buy all you need in the way of groceries and alcohol at Tru Value Foods just 2 minutes from the house. Be aware that the washing machine is not available for guests - it isn't advertised but I failed to notice this so it could be helpful to state this explicitly - you have to take your laundry out to a nearby pay laundry facility instead. I’d have found it helpful to have a drying rack for swimming things but the balustrade round the deck worked fine instead. There is a hot tub advertised in the house listing but this wasn’t available due to the drought - this didn’t bother us at all as we didn’t want to use it. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven etc. When the oven’s gas canister ran out Tina immediately replaced it. Overall we had a lovely stay on a beautiful island. Thank you so much Tina!

Heriot Bay house

Beautiful home with great location. Water shortage prevented us from using hot tub or laundry facilities. House is walking distance from Heriot Bay restaurants and kayak rentals. Fishing was fantastic this year

I moved to Quadra Island as a child, when my parents relocated from Victoria, and became involved in the Heriot Bay Inn.
My family was born and raised in this home, which I have decide to share with you.
I am not new to the vacation rental industry, managing several locations years ago, before VRBO, and Air B&B, and also commuted to Campbell River daily while working in the financial industry for many years, until I recently retired.
