Spacious, and well equipped. The shower knob was broken and the owner got it temporarily fixed the next day. It made our stay in Vancouver very comfortable.

Space was great. Condition of unit was not so great. The fan in the washroom was extremely loud. The caulking in the washroom was not good, areas of mold. And there were ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. I don’t recommend for a 2 week stay, but I do recommend for a weekend getaway.
Owner was responsive during the stay, but the place really needs some work done.
It was a great location. Mark was available by phone and quick to deal with concerns. We would stay again and recommend to our friends. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!
Exactly what you need to explore this amazing city! Great location, modern decor, sparse yet functional, comfy bed and couch. Strong showerhead, great view, friendly building. Starbucks and liquor store across the street, cool dishes, good AC, strong ceiling fan, plenty of bedding linens, good washer/dryer.Only issues were the bathroom exhaust fan is ready for a proper burial, the sink garbage disposal wouldnt work so it plugged up (maybe a faulty switch?) and only one access fob so be prepared to time your excursions accordingly.
Excellent base for exploring Vancouver. Having sitting, eating and cooking area, Mark's appartment is much more 'livable' than a hotel if you are around for a few days. Perfect location for exploring Vancouver via its excellent public transport system and for nipping out to enjoy the local nightlife. Mark's instructions made getting in and out very easy. Strongly recommended.
This loft was a perfect place to stay on our proper visit to Vancouver. The apartment is located just one block over from the lively Granville street and is not a far walk from the waterfront. This place was in a perfect spot for anyone who desires exploring the city. The place was clean and the cleaning staff upon checkout was beyond kind. Overall, I would book here again
walking distance from the sky train. easy check in and out process. everything u need in walking distance. No AC but fans r provided

It was clean, the bed was really comfortable. The location is walking distance to everything. The other residents in the building and the building staff are also nice and friendly. The only thing we can complain about is that it took about 15 mins to get buzzed into the building the first time.
The place was exactly as promoted and perfect for what we needed for the long weekend. Marc was very communicative and easy to reach through the app. The place was clean and in a great location. A cherry on top was the newly installed AC as well. Would stay there again. Thanks!

Location was perfect.
The apartment was in a perfect location. Unfortunately, it could do with a thorough cleaning. We were unable to use the balcony. I think everything just looked tired. Like the owner has lost interest in the care of the place. Location is important, but, its not everything.
Expect a little delay the first time you get into the apartment. Getting in the building is easy, but a n electronic Key is needed to use the elevator. As long as there are others using the elevator at the time you check in, it's not a big deal. It was a beautiful apartment, the night time views are beautiful! We would stay again!
The apartment is in a great location. The “mountain view” is visible in a slit between two highrise buildings but we didn’t book this place for the mountain view (but did find it funny). It’s a short walk to the shopping district, the main bus lines and the SkyTrain station. There are two grocery stores close by…one is just across the street. The suite has everything you might need, but the bathroom could use some minor repairs (bathtub tap dial comes right off, TP holder won’t stay attached, and the fan is horribly loud and should be replaced). It’s greatest you can add in parking but the space is designated for a small car (a regular size can fit but it’s a really tight squeeze beside a supporting column). The spot along the back lane where you scan the fob for the garage door is a bit tricky to spot at first but once you know, you know (it’s just past the public parkade entry)Overall, a great place to stay.
Very good rental. Only issue was getting in. We had a code to get in the building, but needed the fob to access the elevator. Fob was in the apartment. Luckily someone got off the elevator while we were waiting in the lobby and we were able to get to the apartment, but not a very good system.
Unit was clean and very bright with all the natural lighting, with the option to lower down shades for privacy. Places we wanted to go to were very nearby. Nero waffles was just at the corner. You can walk to Yaletown and take the bus port to Granville. Parking is extra, but a very nice option to have if you want to explore outside of downtown. Host was very welcoming and her joy was infectious. The only improvements I can see are some in the bathroom to tightly screw down the toilet paper holder and to maybe remove the curtains and make it entirely sliding glass doors.
