We came to Ann Arbor for a funeral and were within five miles of the funeral home, the church, and our family member's home. It was perfect. Our only disappointment was that the recliner pictured, was not present - a big reason we rented this facility because our elderly mother needs a recliner; however, the couch was cushy and comfortable and she was able to prop her feet on an ottoman from the bedroom. We did like this rental. Thank you so much for having us.

Family Wedding Stay-over

The family had a good stay while we were in town for a family wedding. This was a great place to relax and it was close to the wedding venue in Ann Arbor.

Nothing fancy, everything you need and clearly it’s undergoing continuous upgrades so I anticipate it’ll keep getting better. The layout is great, has all the supplies you need. Backyard is excellent Great for groups going to a game too with 3 full washrooms nice to not share!

We had a nice stay. The hot water heater wasn’t working properly so we never had fully hot showers. The last day we were locked out of the Vrbo before checkout time but a neighbor was able to help us get in.

Everything was great other then the fact that the power was out due to an ice storm for most of our stay. Obviously this was out of the control of the owner but they still offered a discount for our inconvenience. House was everything we needed it to be.

Needs Some Attention

Stayed with my family for UofM Graduation. Home is not as nice as the photos indicate. More run down, towels and bedding were old, and backyard was a mess. I tried to communicate with host, once prior to arrival (to see if they had an iron) and once before checkout (outdoor garbage cans were full upon arrival, so we had nowhere to put our trash), neither email or text were responded to.

Can't beat the proximity to University Hospital

Overall great... obviously a property still being worked. The back yard and deck need attention. The deck specifically may be a bit hazardous.
