Hi Sammie! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We loved hosting you at our cozy cabin, and hope you will return!
Property was clean, and in a quiet little area. The only toilet there was barely functional from the moment we arrived, which was obviously inconvenient. Host was not proactive in communications, make sure to reach out prior to your trip for check in instructions and directions, navigation does not take you the correct way. Overall a pretty good stay for a quiet weekend out.

It was a great relaxing place to spend our first anniversary. Comfortable, cozy and quiet, this is a great place to get away and relax. Draw backs, the puzzles and missing pieces, and the place has sugar ants, otherwise amazing.

We enjoyed staying at the Mt. Hood Village property. The cabin has lovely upgrades and is in a nice location. We were surprised that there were some missing amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and spare blankets, but fortunately we had brought our own.

Cabin is small but great. Pretty dusty but ok. This biggest bummer is the toilet flushed intermittently. Had to call a few times, took a long time to actually get someone to come and had to drive into town to go to the bathroom. The outside is really overgrown and needs some upkeep.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin overall, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience with the toilet and the delay in getting it resolved. We understand how frustrating that must have been and will be following up with our team to ensure issues like this are addressed more promptly. We also appreciate your notes on upkeep and will review with our maintenance crew.
This is a great little cabin, fully stocked with every thing we needed, except extra blankets. I had read about that in a previous review, and brought a down comforter.
The location is close to the market, several restaurants, as well as Timberline.
We hope to return in the future.
I wish I had more space to tell you everything that was bad about this place. Photos portrayed as rustic, charming. Actually a dark run down old dumpy cabin with poor plumbing. Toilet issue. Not ready at check in. Maid surprised we weren't called. No coffee, ant infested, see thru curtain on bedroom sliding door looking out at another home. Property squished next to other properties. Dangerous short bathroom step tripped on many times. Dishwasher full from previous renter. PAID 510 total for 2 nights and couldn't even eat in the place. Other relatives staying within 4 miles had beautiful places same cost. Bed was good. Tv worked.

Poor communication,inaccurate listing.
My search criteria was pet friendly and a hot tub for a family vacation.
The listing states Private hot tub/spa,but doesn’t have it.
I messaged the owner/agent through the app when I placed the reservation about the hot tub listed, but not shown in any of the pictures and never received a response.
The day of our arrival I had not received any check in information through the VRBO app email or the owner/agent so
I called, spoke with someone & immediately received an email with the details.( They had my correct email address & I mentioned the hot tub listed & the agent confirmed an error in the listing).
Cute cabin, but overall my first experience using Vrbo was pretty crappy.( as of a few minutes ago,the listing still states private hot tub spa)

Wasn't as discribed
We rented cabin for a few key features. .fenced yard, and fireplace.. both which were not usable as stated.. fireplace had no light to light and were non smokers. Had to wait hours to get brought a lighter to only find out after starting fire that fireplace chimney was unsafe to burn a fire.. massive sparks flying out of chimney onto roof and trees, so we were forced to put out.. we arrived in the dark back yard is not well lite and let dog out and side of hiuse is not fenced as told.. so that was a scare.. bathroom was not well kept Nd mold around sink and gunk in corners as well as around shower had gross build up that had not been cleaned in awhile.. couch had horrible pillows that felt like made of sand paper and very uncomfortable.. back sliding door would not open and took me 45min for me to get it back on so it would slide and be usable.. place needs better care, cleaning and fireplace chimney needs sever cleaning.. was very over priced for property.. unsatified

We had a nice time at the rental. It was well maintained and nicely updated. Overall comfy. An extra blanket would have been nice (husband likes to burrito himself). But we enjoyed our stay overall.

Hi Mary, we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Bridlewood Cabin. There should have been extra blankets in the closet; we will check that.
This is an amazing little cabin the summer with the back lawn and short walk to the Sandy River. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
