Mareazul Resort has a huge Infinity pool, with Jacuzzi sections, and is less than 200 meters walk through green path walks and pools that would take you to Mareazul beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Playa del Carmen—it was perfect for our family!The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It had everything we needed for a seamless stay, which made traveling with teenagers so much easier.The location was ideal—close enough to enjoy all the energy of downtown Playa del Carmen (just a quick 15 minutes away), but far enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. And the view… absolutely incredible. You truly can’t get much closer to the water. Waking up to that ocean view each day was a highlight of the trip.This place struck the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and location. It worked so well for our family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Book with confidence penthouse beachfront apartment 122N and enjoy the sunrise from your patio. Apartment is as good in real life as it is in the pictures. Complex grounds also beautiful and well maintained, Personal attention from Yasmin the apartment "concierge/property manager" was very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the AC went out but fixed the very next day. Good location only 5 minutes from groceries or 15 minutes to downtown Playa restaurants and stores. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
