It was very relaxing , great breakfasts. Comfortable bed and fantastic view out in the bush and close to all places, like Ferguson valley wineries, Bunbury beach and great host - thanks Pat and best wishes for new year.

This off the grid property was a great 5 day break from my hectic life. I spent my time reading, writing and meditating. The accommodation is very comfortable and the views over the hills are spectacular.Pat provided a delicious breakfast tray each morning. The serenity here at this stay is magnificent. From gazing at the stars and to appreciating the wildlife particularly listening to the kookaburras both morning and evening. It was magic!I will return in winter as I’m keen to sit by the pot belly stove and use the fire pit.
We spent two great nights. The views were stunning. Pat n John made us feel very welcome a great place to stay off the grid. Calm and serene.we would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants a relaxing holiday.
This is just a fantastic property and Pat and John should be very proud of what they have created. The place itself is comfortable and extremely cozy. The views of the property and accompanying sunsets are amazing. We had the fire pit roaring both nights and to be able to sit outside and watch the sun set over the hills was just what we needed. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great place for couples to to recharge and relax.
Came from Busselton for a long weekend and had the most wonderful time exploring their property with our dog. The fire is hot and the brekkie is delish 👌🏼

Thank you for a great review, it was our pleasure meeting you both, we look forward to welcoming you back in the winter months when you can sit by the cosy fire.
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Pat and John were both so welcoming and kind and their place was absolutely beautiful. John welcomed us to the property and showed us around the accommodation, he was easy to chat to and has a great sense of humour. It was such a relaxing and private space, with an interesting history behind the bus. The breakfasts that Pat and John made us were amazing, it felt so nice to get breakfast delivered to us each morning!! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone/couple that wants a relaxing holiday.

Thank you Pat & John for a memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt well rested when we left. You’ve done a great job of converting the coach and surrounds. The bed was extremely comfortable, we battled to get up in the mornings! Your breakfasts were so scrumptious, loved every one. All the best for 2023 and thanks again!
A fantastic escape from the 'burbs.
From the welcoming basket to the wondrous breakfasts (each delivered mindful of a prescribed sleep-in) and the luxuriously appointed fully self-contained repurposed old bus, Pat and John have provided a relaxing experience second to none. Sprawling farmland, neighbouring forests and the nightly canvas of a setting sun completed the package. Well Done!
