The house was fantastic and very welcoming. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and our pets. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Big yard for the dogs and kids to play. Even though it's on a busy road you really couldn't hear the traffic much. My son didn't want to leave lol. Will definitely stay here again.

There were not enough towels and not enough seating in the living room. The smaller bedroom was supposed to have a queen bed when it was definitely a full size bed that made it hard for a couple to sleep. Other then that it was a good place to stay!

The house inside was fine inside, ( remodeled) and worked out perfectly for our little trip -(super close to Dollywood) AC worked well as it’s been warm! The road traffic wasn’t too bad. Furniture was fairly comfortable. (The house is located by an RV park but it was quite- we didn’t really see or hear alot of people) (If you’re bringing dogs, the yard isn’t fenced in) (My only minor complaints would be the hot tub wasn’t useable, there wasn’t any laundry detergent available and no coffee provided)

I rented this home during rod run. The house was clean actually felt like home. The owner make sure u have everything u need in the home. And pet friendly was the deal for me cause had to bring the four legged friend to. There is a road out front some people say u could hear cars I didn't find it bothering. It's out side of town with privacy don't have to worry about crowds when it's time to relax. The only thing I would change is it has shades and when the sun comes out the bedrooms are bright so if u out late u going be up early needs dark out curtains or sun blocking shades. But I would definitely rent again

Sevierville stay

I was looking for a place to stay that would allow pets, my 2 large dogs. Found this modern up to date house which ended up being so nice. The house is centrally located with easy access to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Really pretty house, large kitchen, large enough deck connected to the house & right to backyard. Can grill out, have a meal & enjoy the wooded view. Being a one level home makes access easy; no concerns for stairs. All bedrooms are nice sized. Car port was really nice; pull up & unload my car to side door of house. Although the description does advise the house is near a main road; busy traffic. Don’t let that deter you. It wasn’t busy all day. At night was so quiet. The neighborhood is quiet as well. Owner was easily accessible for any questions. He even contacted me one day to say he’s in the neighborhood and if I need anything to let him know. Overall the quality of home was great. Can’t beat the location!! I most definitely would rent the house again.
