The unit, located on the 4th floor, is newly remodeled and furnished. This two bedroom/two bath unit features a spacious beachfront balcony with endless beach views. The unit features new furnishings and décor throughout. Enjoy lounging with family for movie night in the living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, complete with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your condo. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner gourmet chef. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare any meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Exactly as shown in the pictures! Great place to stay, and lots to do in the area. Only suggestion, the pots/pans need to be replaced and updated. Scrubbing those clean was almost impossible.

The condo was very nice: comfortable, clean, nicely decorated with great views of the pool and beach! But we needed a small table on the balcony for our drinks! The bedroom with the queen bed could use some darkening blinds/curtains. This is our 5th year in a row staying at the Sunset Vistas and this is my favorite unit!! The next comment has nothing to do with the condo or the owner. We have always enjoyed going to the Tiki Bar on site. Last year Margaritas were 11, this year 16! That's a huge increase! We had a great vacation! Thank you for a beautiful condo!

Nice location

We had a very nice time during our short stay. Room and property were as promised. I guess if we had one complaint was that there wasn't basic condiments in the room (such as salt & pepper or dish soap). Some simple basics would have been nice since we have had that before in other VRBO's

I have stayed here several times and it has always been very enjoyable. Nothing fancy, but decent. Still undergoing some construction around the pool and bar area but both still open. No complaints, but nothing to rave about either.

Great Getaway

Very clean and very nicely furnished unit. Pool was kept extremely clean! Great beach access! Free Beach Rides a real plus to get to restaurants and Johns Pass.
