Grange is a coastal suburb of Adelaide, located 12km west from the Adelaide CBD and approx 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport. It is well known for its tranquil beaches, picturesque sunsets and beach side lifestyle as well as unique retail along Jetty Street and Grange Road.
In addition to Grange Beach, the suburb has green parks and reserves, and an internationally rated 18 hole golf course. The historic Grange Hotel and Grange Jetty were both established circa 1880.
Public transport, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bakery are all within easy walking distance from Grange View in this beautiful beach side suburb.
Glenelg beach is approx 15mins drive, and Henley within walking distance.
Grange is serviced by train and bus, both running to Adelaide CBD. Only 5 minutes walk or approx 350m from Grange View to the train station or bus stop.
If driving from Adelaide Airport the best route is via Tapleys Hill Rd and Grange Rd, approx 8km. An alternative route is via Sir Donald Bradman Drive and Seaview Rd. If coming from the CBD the best route is via Port Rd to Grange Rd.
The property has 1 off street car park allocated for Grange View. Unrestricted parking is also available on Seaview Rd and in the free public carpark adjacent to the beach and jetty (directly opposite Grange View).
Note that access to the entry door (keyless) is via one flight of external stairs.

Great location, can see the ocean from the balcony. Close to cafes and bakery. Modern facilities with coffee machine added bonus. Easy to access and good wifi.
We were very happy with the property. The location was ideal and the older style apartment had been very nicely refurbished. It was great value for money and the check in instructions were easy to follow.
The property was fantastic with a great bed and excellent fit-out; the associated information provided by Graham was likewise excellent. The property fully lived up to, indeed exceeded, our expectations. Highly recommend.
We had an awesome holiday at the beach side apartment. You just had to walk across the road to the beach. Fantastic sunsets. Apartment was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities, lounge area had plenty of seating and the bathroom had a nice shower.Walking distance to eateries and takeaway. Thank you Graham for our wonderful stay.
The unit was absolutely amazing, everything you wanted was there, plus more. The wine and chocolates were lovely. Such close proximity to restaurants and take away food shops and a short stroll to the jetty and beach. Many thanks 💕
