Private 4 bedroom / 3 bath pool home in the beautiful community of Hampton Lakes. Hampton Lakes is located right off Hwy 27 and just south of US 192 close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. Hampton lakes is about 12 miles to Disney World and 25 miles to Universal Orlando and offers kids play ground and sand volleyball.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal in and includes a stove/oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher for easy clean up. All the pots and pans, plates, cups and cutlery are provided. There is seating for 6 guests at the dining table overlooking the lovely private pool.

The living room offers plenty of seating for the family and enjoy watching a movie on the large flat screen tv with Roku TV to enjoy all your favorite streaming channels such as Disney + and Netflix. All the towels and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer to use during your stay. Take a step outside to the private pool which can be heated in the cooler months for a surcharge and enjoy a swim with the family or sunbathe on one of the 4 lounge chairs. There is also outdoor dining with seating for 6 guests. To keep the kids busy, head out to the garage to enjoy playing games on the air hockey table, Nintendo games and challenge the whole family to a large Jenga game!

A wonderful stay

We have just returned from our 3 week stay in Hampton Lakes. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for us as a family of 6 and a baby and was well located about 25mins from Disney and with a good Publix less than 5 mins drive away. There was plenty of space in the villa and the pool was a great size. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and was well furnished with everything that we needed for our stay (cot had to be booked separately and there was no high chair but this wasn't a problem for us - could be for others) Plenty of cooking facilities for the nights we stayed in and the table and chairs outside were lovely to sit at in the evenings on those rare days when it wasn't too hot! Air con was a life saver and on the one night we had a problem with it this was quickly resolved the next day. Highly recommend this accommodation to anybody looking

Our beautiful home for the fortnight

What can I say? Wasn't disappointed at all. The main bedroom was just awesome and very spacious. We stayed in a couple of the smaller ones too as some nights we were extremely hot. Loved every minute we had 'home/pool days' and so very sweet- the tea bags and coffee waiting for us. Have booked again next year with the same company so I have no issues at all.

Central location. House was super clean and well stocked. Pool was warm. We paid for it to be heated and was worth it. We also rented a BBQ. Would recommend.
