Stay cool during the hot summer days with portable A/C and enjoy a relaxing evening on the balcony. Brand new stainless appliances & fixtures will ensure you will not want to leave the kitchen! Master bedroom features a king bed with a new memory foam Sleep Country mattress. Access to the balcony and a luxurious en-suite with double sinks with ample counter space, 70” long walk-in shower with strong water flow showerhead, 66” soaker tub, and heated tile floor with a beautiful wood motif. Second bedroom also features a king bed with a new memory foam mattress and access to the balcony. Finally, find an XL Twin over Queen bunk bed in the third bedroom with mini lights all along the top of the walls for your kids to enjoy. Guest bathroom offers high-end black fixtures, ample counter space, shower/tub combination with wall & hand showers, and a heated tile floor. Never worry about your laundry and use the full size in-suite washer and dryer. All windows have new high-end roller blinds. COMPLEX: RAVENCREST
The highly sought after Ravencrest complex in prime Blueberry Hill location is a 4 min drive or 20 min walk along Valley Trail to Whistler Village entrance, 4 min drive to Whistler Creekside parking and 5 min drive to Whistler Village ski lift/gondola parking lots. Blueberry Hill location offers easy access to the Valley Trail, Alta Lake, Whistler golf course and many hiking/biking trails.

LOCATION: BLUEBERRY
A quieter neighborhood in Whistler, located just off the Sea to Sky Highway, is situated slightly higher than the main village which allows you to experience the surrounding alpine views. Blueberry is positioned perfectly to enjoy both Creekside and Whistler Village during your stay, as it is only a 3-4 minute drive from both. Multiple bus stops that are regularly serviced allow ease of travel to Creekside or the main Village. Blueberry is the ideal location to enjoy one of Whistler's best lakes... Sunbathe on Blueberry docks or hire a kayak or SUP board and navigate the serene waters of Alta Lake then reward yourself with ice cream at Lakeside Park. Blueberry docks are also the perfect launch point to experience the River of Golden Dreams in Summer.

PARKING - CLEARANCE 6'9"
One assigned parking space in a secure underground parkade. 10 visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home has air conditioning available in all bedrooms and the living room.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
Dogs that are non-shedding will be considered, please contact Outpost directly. If approved, the pet fee is C$75 CAD + tax.
Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
