This much loved 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath home with a garage is exactly the perfect space for the family, or families, looking to experience Ocean City, the beach and all our great town has to offer, while still being able to settle in and feel like you are home.

Situated on 2 levels, this impressive, yet still warm and welcoming home will comfortably sleep up to 12 adults and 3 children. As you enter, you will find the large laundry and wash room directly to your right, as well as the convenient main level Powder Room located just before the living area. You are sure to appreciate all of the love and thought that has so obviously gone into this living space. With a brand new couch and 2 cozy loveseats, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax together and enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi and maybe even stream a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a long day of making memories out and about in OC! *Fireplace is Decorative only and NOT in use.* Just off the Living Room is the well equipped Kitchen and Dining Area, complete with Breakfast Bar! The master Chef in your family is sure to adore this wide open, and fully equipped kitchen. With all the conveniences of home, beautiful granite countertops, and Stainless Steel appliances, whipping up a family meal will feel like anything but a chore. The convenient breakfast bar is the perfect space for a quick bite before hitting the beach, and the array of outdoor seating on the extended back deck is perfect for catching a meal outdoors or just enjoying your morning coffee! Just off the Dining area, there is also a Bonus Sun Room with plenty of seating, access to the back deck, and a Flat Screen TV.
