This beautiful two bedroom Queens Grant villa has been completely updated! With its single-level, wide open floor plan, you're going to be glad you chose this fantastic villa.

The kitchen has been completely updated with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen will be fully-stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home! The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six guests.

The living room is large and features beach-contemporary furniture, Smart TV and a slider to your private deck.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is lovely with its updated vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and bathroom as well. The bathroom features a nicely updated vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private deck enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal! The beach can be easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle, which is an on-call and seasonal resort shuttle service.

Queens Grant is conveniently located making it easy to visit the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, General Store, Alexanders Restaurant and the Outfitters Bike Shop.

Great location, bike ride to Pickleball & Tennis.

Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Hilton Head Island in the fall for a few years now, have stayed in many different places but Palmetto Dunes has become our favourite due to The Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center. 679 Queens Grant was a great place to stay as it was a bike ride to PB & Tennis plus shopping, restaurants and coffee. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach. The only slight disappointment was the proximity of the street as it caused some traffic noise when we were on the deck, but not in the condo. We would not hesitate to stay in Queens Grant again and really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Queens Grant. The condo is beautiful and was perfect for a quick trip with our five year old. Space is bright and open, and we loved that it was tucked in the back a bit. Lots of closet space available and easy access to the pool. We took the Dunes Buggy to the beach each day and it was so easy, but it’s also close enough that you could ride bikes or walk if desired (about a 20 min walk). Condo is stocked with everything you would need, and it was so handy to have a nice washer/dryer to do small loads when needed. Highly recommend this location for your next stay!

We rented bicycles and rode down to the beach and also enjoyed riding along the shore! Surprisingly, the water temperature was great. Helpful hints make sure you have a basket on your bicycle and bring a light weight backpack.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this complex within the resort because it had no stairs and was all on the same level. Condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, very spacious, very clean, and kitchen, new and well stocked. Only complaint is the showerheads and tub fixtures are old and have poor water pressure and the tubs have chips, latter merely cosmetic. For some reason there are 2 mattress foundations on the bed in the second bedroom plus the top mattress, so the bed is very high for a short person. The resort staff came twice when called to solve minor problem with tv and washer and are available 24/7 in person or by phone to help. If you are a beachgoer, the condo in this complex is located farther from the beach than some of the other rentals in the complex, but close to the exit to the main roadway where everything a vacationer would need is located.
