Goshorn cottage 25

The cottage was nicely furnished, beds comfortable and everything clean. It was a little cold so didn’t get to use screened in porch as much as we would have liked. Only 2 of us on this trip but could easily have accommodated 4 or more. Close to Holland for tulip festival, many sightseeing places and lots of nice restaurants

Perfect location and amenities

We had an amazing time in Saugatuck with a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration of the area! This is a great location, down the street from the Dune Rides, a short bike ride or doable walk into downtown with so many restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to Oval Beach and so many attractions. The amenities at Goshorn Lake Resort are great for anyone - swimming in the pool or lake, sitting at the beach, basketball court and volleyball net, fire pit, kayaks to use on the quiet lake, and overall, a peaceful place!

Cute, but could be better for price

Bedding and beds are uncomfortable, there was coffee grounds left in coffee pot from previous guest, kitchen had bad ant problem (we couldnt keep ANYTHING on the counter), power went out and they didnt communicate anything until I called (was city wide). I would say for the price, the bedding/pillows at least could be nicer. And there was no shade options at the pool. Otherwise, nice location & cute cottages.

As far as the power outsge - yes this was city wide and we do our best to keep everyone updated but this was a major outage and affected thousands of homes. The property was fantastic! We took our kids ages 4 and 6. It was great for riding their scooters , playing basketball, taking little john boats out and paddle boats! They loved the lake access looking for minnos and fishing. The cottage had everything you needed and was super clean! It was in a private spot . So peaceful! We went to dutch village , Arvesta Sports Complex , the Dune rides (must book 2 weeks in advance!) , go cart riding , family photos on Oval Beach , and so much ice cream! Fantastic trip and cottage to stay at! Thank you so much for having us!

Great fun!

Place was clean and cute for a fun long weekend getaway. Super close to downtown Saugatuck. Kids had fun playing Badminton at the beach volleyball court and the pool was clean and heated. The email notices, instructions, and keypad entry were thorough and didnt ever need to talk to a person. Was a great place to stay! Thank you!

Cute cabin in Goshorn resort

Very clean and updated cottage with plenty of room for our small family that stayed ( 3 adults/1 child) and we liked having the availability of a pool. Had everything we needed- towels, linens, kitchen supplies, air conditioning:)
