Please note that the basement of the house is a separate, occupied unit with its own entrance and is not included in your rental.

Faultless stay: a beautifully clean and well-equipped property, with lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Quite far out from the downtown core, but proximity to Stoney Trail gives easy access to anywhere in the city, and decent local amenities within a 5 min drive. Great comms from a friendly host. In the future, please read the house instructions before making a booking. The house is not suitable for parties and loud gatherings. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and neighbors are not happy when large crowd of strangers are hosting loud parties near their properties. We respect our neighbors and that is why we do not allow loud gatherings/parties. Thank you for your understanding.

The house was spotless. A big mark against was that when we booked, it had 4 beds, which is what we were looking for for 4 women. When we checked in, there were only 3. After complaining, a cot was brought in. A cot so uncomfortable, one of us slept on the mattress on the floor. Mattress very thin. After that, we stripped the cushions off one of the couches and slept on that. Better.

Overall great place. The first night one of the guys had to sleep on a couch due to incorrect pictures and descriptions on the site but the owner did mention that this would get corrected and the bed for the 4th guy was dropped off the next day. Overall still recommended. Nice place.

Everything about our experience was amazing. The house is incredible and every need is anticipated. The location is great, close to the river and easy access to both Macleod and Stoney Trails. The house is incredibly clean and Gani was an exceptional host. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back in a heartbeat.
