Welcome to Sunnyside!

This rustic, country charmer is located just blocks from downtown Fredericksburg and perfect for your group's getaway. This home is artfully decorated in a welcoming country/southwestern style that invites you to relax and enjoy the company of good friends and family.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area - perfect for spending time together. There's plenty of comfortable seating with a large couch and two leather accent chairs, giving everyone room to spread out and unwind. The living room features a 44-inch Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and generous counter space for meal prep if you choose to dine in. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the bar - or take your meal outside and enjoy the fresh air at the large table under the big oak tree.

Outside, you'll find a relaxing space to wind down in the evenings. Sip a cocktail or enjoy wines from the area's many wineries, gather around the firepit for s'mores, dine a the wrought-iron table, or simply lounge and enjoy the peaceful setting.

When it's time to turn in, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests.

- Primary bedroom: King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
- Second bedroom: One queen bed
- Third bedroom: Two queen beds

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was supply-wise and comfort-wise. The host provided some fun themed food and drink items, since we were there during Octoberfest weekend. The street is quiet and a short drive from groceries and Main Street.

I stayed here during Octoberfest/for a Bachelorette party and it was the perfect location, less than a 5min drive to Main Street. I enjoyed all the fall decorations, especially the 20 plus pumpkins on the front porch🎃 There was an awesome fire pit that was available, so we did s'mores one night and enjoyed the night sky that showed all the beautiful stars⭐️ There was a lot of space in the house, plenty of room for all 8 of us! I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg to celebrate our son’s 24th birthday along with his wife and her parents and brother. It was cold, so we enjoyed the back patio and fire. We enjoyed walking and shopping downtown Fredericksburg, went to a winery and ate lots of German food. We also made several trips to the local H-E-B store, everything was convenient and the home was even better than the pictures. The neighborhood and house were nice and it was perfect for the type of weekend we were looking for. The owners have a great collection of games and we played games both evenings The only thing that happened was our code did not work when we got there, but they were quick to respond.

I had my bachelorette this past weekend in fredricksburg! The hosts did more than I could have asked for. Not only was the place spotless when we arrived but they had a welcome basket waiting for us! We did s'mores in the backyard one night with the awesome fire pit and plenty of firewood for us to use. It was minutes from Main Street and it was a short walk and an even shorter drive. The hosts were available the whole time for any questions or suggestions we needed! We went during October and the house was decorated with amazing fall decor which was perfect for pictures! The Neighborhood was nice and quite and I felt safe the entire time. I would say if this place is available when you want to book, don't hesitate this is a must stay home!
