Welcome to Schade Lane cottage were great adventures await. This totally renovated cottage sits on a quiet street 8 minutes from Grand Bend and 18 minutes from Bayfield.
When you arrive at Schade Lane you will take in the fresh lake air and let your worries go. There is ample space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. With two large living areas, 2 full bathrooms, three bedrooms that sleep two in each and a pullout couch. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate all your meals, with brand-new stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher. If by chance you forget to pack some food, there is a Sobeys grocery store 8 minutes away in Grand Bend.
The large backyard provides a wonderful space for barbequing, lounging, and playing outdoor games which are included. And of course, it has a perfect set up for campfires under the stars.
With water view access across the street you can catch a world-renowned sunset or get up early for a stunning sunrise on the gazebo. This comfy cottage will be the place to relax and enjoy. Many memories await!

A great visit!

We are a family of 6. Kids ages range from 10 - 17 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. 2 decent sized bedrooms and 1 master with an ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom were very clean. The backyard had a great fire pit and overall the place was wonderful. We really enjoyed the fact that there were 2 lounge spaces which meant we could all hang out together whilst still having our own space (if you have teenagers you know what I mean!). Ann was always quick to communicate and answered any and all questions. Her instructions were clear and simple and overall she was an excellent VRBO host! Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay as a family.

Amazing Holiday Location

We had a great time here. The place is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is great (except no beach access). The hosts were very responsive. We plan to return.

Beach vacation

Ann’s place was very clean and cozy with everything equipped (bring your own shampoo and body wash though). It accommodated our group of 8(6 adults and 2 children) comfortably. The only issue is the house is not facing to the lake and there is no direct access to the beach. But only 5 minutes drive takes us to a nice park with sandy beach. Would recommend for a family to have a summer vacation.

Why they chose this property

Newly renovated, ample space and very conveniently located to many amenities this area has to offer. This is for people who want to be close to the hustle and bustle but also want to go back to a quiet and peaceful place to watch the amazing sunset. Or it is for people who want to hang out together share meals and not have to leave to do that.

What makes this property unique

2 spacious living spaces. The cottage has a door that can actually allow two separate spaces if needed. Small street with friendly neighbours who all enjoy their time near the lake. We include linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels so you pack less and enjoy more.
