Clean and comfortable place to stay. No complaints at all, and I loved the clear communication from the property manager.

Great home in Cloquet
We had a wonderful stay in this home. The basement bedroom and bathroom were recently renovated and very nice. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and is highly responsive. We stayed here for the Grandma's marathon and it's only a 20 minute drive to Duluth, would highly recommend!
This was a very nice place to stay. Across the street from a school but very well built. You couldn't even hear the kids on the playground. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owners did a great job updating this property. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean, comfortable and thoroughly as described except futon in spare room would not be good for sleeping. There was an air mattress that worked well though.
Nice location, safe neighborhood and close to Duluth. We would use this house again.
Great quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and downtown. The house was spotless. You can tell that they've done quite a number of upgrades to enhance the property, with more planned. Great communication for the owner... very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be returning on our next trip to Cloquet!

House Deceptively Described
This house is deceptively described as having 4 bedrooms. In fact, the ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a small but adequate bathroom. The basement has another bedroom and a larger bathroom. Those are both fine, except that the rest of the basement is unfinished and the entire basement smells musty. The fourth "bedroom" is a small room on the ground floor that is described as having a futon. In fact, the futon is so small that it is only large enough for a very small child (5-6 year old), and there is no bedding for the futon. We rented a house that was described as a four bedroom, only three bedrooms were adequate, with one of those bedrooms in a musty basement. The price of the property is excessive for what was provided.
