We had a great stay. Easy check-in and out. The game area downstairs was a nice hangout space for the family when we weren't running around the Duluth area. The basement bathroom was clean but quirky which was fine with us. We would stay again.

Property was very clean and manager was very responsive- late checkout with no additional charge. Be aware there is only a urinal in the basement not a full bath. There is only 1 toilet in the rental. That wasn’t convenient, but we made it work. Overall well stocked, tidy and comfortable.
