Lake Hawea Paradise with Spa - sleeps two families.

Welcome to paradise. Our Lake Hawea family home is cosy, welcoming and comfortable, without compromising on taste. This destination stay has absolutely everything you would need to have a spectacular break away, whether or not you are exploring the surrounds on any given day - including a toasty hot spa pool in which you can sip your Otago red and soak up the incredible mountain views from all angles.

Inside the house there is every comfort you could hope for:

- Top of the line Nespresso machine;
- Kitchen appliances are all KitchenAid, including a beautiful mixer;
- Fireplace which will warm the entire house;
- Two heat pumps, one in the main living and one in the hallway which the bedrooms come off;
- Separate TV room which has an oversized couch, covered in Wilson and Dorset quality sheepskins; and
- Netflix and Disney.

The house can easily hold the equivalent of two families and is able to sleep 9 people in beds.
- There are four bedrooms, two of which contains super king beds;
- Two other bedrooms, one is a standard child size bedroom which includes a bunk bed with a double bottom bed, the other bedroom is slightly larger and also has a bunkbed (singles). (***please note, the last room only has the bunks and not the additional single as shown in the image).

Two bathrooms - one ensuite in the master bedroom and one main bathroom, which includes a bath.

There is comfortable outdoor seating and a Webber barbecue.

The garden is fully fenced, therefore you can rest assured if you have younger children they can play easily and safely well with in your sight on the property. There is also an extra large fully netted trampoline for kids (and big kids!) to enjoy.

There is ample parking in the private driveway, additional free street parking, and the house is located in a quiet family friendly area. There is a local store and two different playgrounds 5 minutes away (one of which has a great coffee caravan, the other is close to the local store).

Our lovely home is incredibly clean (we use professional Airbnb cleaners), and includes for your comfort, luxury hired linen.
