This beautiful, secure duplex has been designed with a coastal influence and a soft chic ambience throughout. All on one level for easy indoor/outdoor flow, it has reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout the living area and main bedroom and stylish fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stone benchtops, family size fridge/ freezer, wine fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The spacious living area has stunning views over the waterway, Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and DVD and beautiful timber floorboards. The dining area opens out onto another undercover outdoor area with dining facilities; there is also a quiet sitting area where you can take in the stunning view or sit back and relax into your favourite book. The property also provides a separate area fitted with gas BBQ facilities.
This property features three spacious carpeted bedrooms with the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, walk in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, and access to the back verandah. The main bathroom is stylish and includes a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet located in the laundry. The laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer located in the double garage along with a wall clothesline. Access to the duplex from the garage is 17 steps down to enable the location to be ground floor directly out to the water’s edge.

The accommodation was fabulous. Perfectly setup for a extended family. Prickles in the lawn which was a shame. Also a clothes horse would have been handy. Also needs exhaust fans in ensuite, laundry and bathroom.

Sorry to hear about the prickles in the lawn, we have let the garden maintenance company know. We would have been happy to get you a clothes horse airer from Kmart and drop it off to the property for you if you had called us during your stay.
