Upon entering, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a gas fireplace to cozy up to during the cooler months. Air conditioning ensures comfort all year round. The decor is a blend of modern luxury and beachside comfort, creating a perfect atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Upstairs:
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining space provides the perfect setting for shared meals and laughter. With ample seating, it's ideal for group gatherings. Cosy fireplace for the chilly nights and stunning views across the Bay.
The master bedroom, featuring a luxurious Queen bed and a private ensuite for added convenience and privacy.

Downstairs, you'll discover two tastefully decorated bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. A well-appointed family bathroom caters to these rooms. The living room boasts a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

We welcome bookings from guests that are happy to abide by our strict no party policy which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm move inside with no noise to neighbours. This is now council law for short term rentals in the Mornington Peninsula area.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and well-behaved furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your stay (with prior approval).

Great place for our family

Great place - lots of open, well lit spaces. Fantastic to have a pool and a spa with outdoor pool house and lounges.3 modern TVs kept everyone happyGood internet, decent pod coffee machine, clean kitchen with good fridge and cooking gear.Property mum's very fast to respond to any questionsFew little things not perfect - like BBQ not great, matresses bit lumpy - but these are only minor details for a place that's great fun.

Calming get away

Was very happy upon arrival with the house. It is furnished perfectly, the attention to detail was on point. I few small things maybe needed attention but nothing that caused an issue. The only real issue I probably had was this was the first time I have ever stayed in a rental and have seen religious icons hanging . It didn’t bother me too much as I took it down during our stay and put it back before leaving. My personal opinion is if it’s a rental for all people there should not be any religious icons around out of respect for all beliefs. B sides that it’s a lovely hike and management is amazing with quick responses.
