Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at Bear Ridge which is an updated and comfortable cabin tucked on a wooded two-acre lot in the private, gated community of Northpoint. Centrally located between Thomas, Davis, Timberline and Canaan Valley Ski Areas, there is easy access to dining, outdoor activities, shopping, and more. This home features custom wood furnishings, extensive outdoor areas, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy direct hiking and mountain biking access to the Canaan Mountain Backcountry network of trails available from the neighborhood. Unwind at the end of the day in the hot tub on the outdoor deck or just relax and enjoy the year-round views of Canaan Valley and Timberline Ski Area. This home has three full bedrooms, including a fully enclosed loft on the top level with pocket windows that can be opened or closed, a bunk room featuring an arcade system with over 3000 games, and another bedroom also featuring a desk and second monitor making remote work a breeze.

I would suggest warning people about the erosion on the long driveway especially if severe storms are predicted during their stay. Even with a 4WD the driveway required careful navigation and was a bit dicey in the washed out spots.
