Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to the county for over 20 years and 2 years ago we decided we wanted a piece of paradise for ourselves. When we found this house we immediately recognized its rarity. There are few homes that afford you a view of the largest fresh water sand dunes in North America and this is one of those rare places.

What makes this property unique

The house feels like it's floating on water and the swinging beds on the deck make you feel like you're in South beach. Our family wanted a home that had it all. A dock, swimmable water, fishing and a beach nearby. Coupled with an arts scene, wineries, shopping, antiquing and some of the best restaurants in Ontario, this 4 season beach house is a year round delight.
