Marina views from each living space. First floor apartment, with lift access. Spacious and attractively furnished. Communal outdoor heated pool and BBQ area with tables and seating. Three restaurants, and a pizzeria all with walking distance, as well as a general store, boutique shops and a beauty/hair salon. Marina beach (gentle lapping waters), is 5mins walk. Bush walk to the lighthouse or hill top for a spectacular view. 5 mins drive from Ngunguru, 10-15 mins to Whangaumu Beach (south) or Matapouri /Whale Bay/Sandy Bay to the north, a varity of beautiful swimming and/or surf beaches. Tutukaka Dive, provides dive trips to the Poor Knights and there are a variety of day fishing trips.

Lovely, clean apartment

We arrived really late and Colin was so accommodating to us whilst we faffed around with baby and parking. The apartment was spotless and amazing marina views in the morning. Highly recommend!

Philippa and Colin Philp, we live in the Tutukaka Oceans Hotel in our own privately owned apartment, so are on hand to help with anything you need. Colin is retired, whilst Philippa is a Secondary School Teacher. We privately own this Marina view apartment, which we have for friends and family, and now Book a Bach!

What makes this property unique

A heated pool, and BBQ patio, great eateries, and plenty of attractions and activities for a coastal experience eg. Whale Bay, one of the most exquisite beaches in New Zealand, only a ten minute drive away. There is also a great gym on the ground floor.
