Sunshine Apartment

Sunshine Apartment is set up as a comfortable self-contained two-bedroom apartment, with queen’s bed in each room, modern and private bathroom, study area, a kitchenette with bar table for enjoying meals. This property DOES NOT have separate living area. BBQ and electric pan is provided to the guests for light cooking in their private backyard. It accommodates the whole family for a private and luxury holiday or relaxations. Guest can use the private Free Netflix with Telstra NBN broadband facility.
We offer a light breakfast (cereals, toast…) and other basic nibbles. If you prefer to stay at home, you can watch as many movies as you like on Netflix or watch programs on U Tube or other apps. (Telstra TV). If not, interest watching screen, sooth your eyes from the Derwent river view and mountain from your room.
The whole apartment will give you the warmness and comfort which will make you feel relaxed as living in your own house. Come and Try It….

Clean rooms, ac/heater in each room was great, host lived upstairs and was a little noisy at odd times, kitchen was avrage and had to do cooking outside and had to dodge the rain, small fridge was good but freezer didn't really keep my ice cream frozen (paddle pops ice creams). Hosts were lovely and showed us around when we cheched in.
