Lake Front Location was wonderful.

My husband and my adult son and I were looking for a Lassen view and Kayak access. This property fit the bill. It will sleep more than three and would make a great family vacation. Good communication with owner and easy check in and out experience.

Great experience at the lake

Communication was great and they helped us quickly anytime a question arose. We enjoyed being right on the lake. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Best rental Roberth on the lake!

We LOVED this property. It felt less like a vacation rental and more like a family vacation property! Well appointed from kitchen to outdoor seating and games. A beautiful, secluded lot with manicured front garden and wide view of the lake and peak. Beds were super comfortable and house was super clean upon arrival. Will definitely look forward to staying again!

Family Vacation Perfection!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we felt at home! The entire home is roomy, yet cozy; cabin-esque, yet upscale. Mornings in the sunroom are the epitome of relax and be calm. From the barbeques to the beautiful kitchen we had everything needed to create delicious, memorable meals with our family all able to sit at one table! My grandkids particularly enjoyed foosball and fishing in the evenings; we played cornhole, cards, dice. Bring your favorite albums; the turntable rocks!

Beach disappointed

The house was very well equipped and kept up. Lots of outdoor equipment. Was very disappointed with the “beach” and dock area and access. Basically a very muddy entry to the water and we had to walk on old boards and into the mud, and then into the water in order to access the dock. Very shallow water so no boat access for our boat.

Family reunion

House was big & it was nice to have 3 bathrms. Beach access/boat dock was unusable as the lake water was too high. There was a bouy to anchor the boat & a dinghy to get back/forth frm the dock to boat. About 1 1/2 mi. down the rd is a beach we visited daily. We arrived at 3:55 pm and (I’m assuming) the individual who cleans the house was leaving as we arrived. The dryer was still going with a load of towels; we folded the towels later, so, we could use the dryer. The description of the home indicated there was no A/C. We didn’t anticipate this to be a problem. But, the upstairs bedrooms were very hot and the fans provided were small and did not really cool the rooms. One small ceiling fan on the upstairs landing. Highly suggest ceiling fans be installed in every bedroom. Very small kitchen, but, had every cooking utensil, pan, pot, or baking dish one could possibly need and reflected the # of individuals who would be staying in the home. Sheets in the room with the double bunk beds smelled musty, but, was easily remedied with a quick wash. Beautiful brass Tub/shower unable to use as it drained extremely slow. Loved, loved, loved the vinyl records and turn table provided to listen to music. Outside prop. was a gem for kids & lots of room to run/play. Corn hole game was big hit! Lots of outside chairs provided. Sunroom unusable-too hot. We didn’t reach out to prop. owner. They had no opportunity to address any concerns. No A/C was only major problem.
