Excellent Location - Smoky Mountain Resort - Family Friendly - Waterpark - Sleeps 12!

This Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offers all the comforts of home. Great location, nearby the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood theme park, and downtown Gatlinburg. Guests can enjoy outdoor recreational opportunities and onsite amenities, including the heated indoor/outdoor water park.

This three bedroom villa features three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedding configurations are two king beds and one double bed. The unit also comes with three sleeper sofas. Each of the three living rooms feature a fireplace with a dining area off to the side that accommodates up to three guests. There are additional seats at the kitchen counter. This villa also comes equipped with a full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans, and dishes. The dining and living areas connect to a private balcony with a small dining set outside. Villas also feature access to a washer & dryer in a common hallway. (Please note a select few villas do not have a jetted tub (primary bathroom) - You may request it, but it is not guaranteed).

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and layout and decor may vary.
