Get away from the hustle and bustle & enjoy this sunny ground floor unit - quiet, private seating area in a tropical setting and your own seating area around the pool. Contact owners re pool access & availability (the spa pool is unavailable) - owners occupy the top story. Enjoy Air con, Smart TV, compact well equipped kitchen with some complimentary items & basic pantry staples to get you started. For everything else your nearest supermarket is just up the road. Body wash & hand soap provided along with towels & hand towels. Separate toilet off the bathroom. Free parking with flat lawn area. Enjoy easy access & a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand of Omanu beach with our local Surf Lifesaving Club just to the south. Please bring your own beach towels if you have any. We also have x2 adult cruiser push bikes for loan with prior notice. Local cafe's, shops, and bars abound, a quick walk to Mt Maunganui Golf Club or further afield to Mercury Baypark Arena, Bay Oval & Tga Airport. Come and be part of beach life in the heart of Mount Maunganui.

Enjoyable stay
