Welcome to your beach getaway! Get ready for incredible ocean views at this 2nd floor condo while you enjoy your morning coffee and the Carolina sunrise from the oceanfront deck with access from the main living area and bedroom. This cute condo is located on the North End of Carolina Beach near the pier and Freeman Park. Perfect for a day of lounging on the beach or fishing.The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture throughout, queen sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, internet, iron, hair dryer and linens (sheets and towels). The coffee maker is a standard drip machine.

- Bed linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided.

- The bedroom features a queen bed.

- Washer and Dryer.

- We supply a starter pack containing a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and hand soap.

- Community pool with key entry.

Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean.

Beautiful view from the balcony

The property is very close to the ocean, the view from the balcony is wonderful. There is some minor damage in the unit, gouges in the walls, and it might need a little cosmetic maintenance here and there.

Lovely stay

Gorgeous view from this small but very nice apartment. You can hear the waves crashing as you sleep. You have to walk about half a block to access the beach, but it wasn’t a problem. Convenient to restaurants and a Publix grocery. Would stay again.

Vacation

We loved the condo we stayed in. Communication was great with property manager. Only complaint was there was no parking when we got there. We called but no one answered or ever returned our call. We finally found a spot and then when someone left the next morning we got a space. More information on limited parking who have been nice. Otherwise everything was great!
