Wonderful Views of Little Pond and Nantucket Sound in the background.
This six bedroom home is wonderful for a large group with six bedrooms and lots of room for outdoor entertaining.

Enter the front door to an he open floor plan of a living room with nice views,, a lovely, bright kitchen with counter seating for four and a dining area.
This large area is super for entertaining. This first level also has two bedrooms,
one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds There is also a full bath on this level.

The second floor has four bedrooms,
# 3 -Two Twin Beds, # 4 - One double, # 5 - Two Twins and # 6 - King.
A full bath with a tub/shower is also on this level

The large yard runs down to the edge of the pond water for easy access of your canoe and kayak.
The large backyard is great for games for people of all ages.
Enjoy all the activities while you take in the great water views from the nice deck with a firepit.

Bristol Beach and Falmouth Heights are a short distance away.
Downtown Falmouth and Falmouth Harbor are both about two miles from the house.
