Great Stay

The location and cabin were great. Our only suggestions are first, to have better wayfinding when entering the property, it was confusing to get to the parking area, specially at night and second, to have some hanging lights or something else on the back where the hot tub is, its very dark at night.

Nice place close to the park with lovely hot tub

This is a nice place. We enjoyed using the hot tub and making cookies in the kitchen’s oven every night(: the internet was fast, and just a short drive to Ohiopyle. Beautiful stars at night. We only stayed in the King bed, but it was very comfortable.

The location was pretty good and the place was clean. The hot tub was nice, but it would have been better if there were some lights outside. The main downside is the water pump is very noisy and is right next to the bedroom, so if someone flushes the toilet at night it might wake you up. We did not know it was a single wide trailer

First it was a single trailer and we thought it was a cabin. The minute we opened up the trailer door we could smell it was very musty.we could go on but but bottom line is it’s not what we expected.

Very nice

A very nice little cabin to stay in to get away for a weekend, however if you’re staying for longer the little quirks about it will start to become a hassle. The front door was broken in, so even if it was locked you can push it open as well as the other doors in the house would not close. And then initial finding of the location was really confusing. The address given was for the rental building not for your cabin and we had to look up a bunch of different things to find it ourselves. Once we did however, we were happy with what was waiting for us and the supplies that were left for our stay as well. Overall a very nice cabin to stay at and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Winter Retreat!

My partner and I loved our time here! Very cozy, clean house, easy check-in/out, great amenities, and friendly owners. Roads were plowed the whole way up until the very short road the house is on, but even then it was totally fine. My sedan with fwd did just fine. Pros - Fireplace was extremely cozy and warm. - Main bed + pillows were very comfortable. - Couch was really comfortable, too, which is often not the case at rental properties. - Plenty of hot water. - Spacious living room. - Great Fridge and good coffee maker. - Hot tub was GREAT and warmed up quickly (77-104 in 6 hours). - Friendly and responsive hosts. - Easy check-in, - Easy check-out/cleanup process. Cons - Wish the hot tub was a little hotter before arrival so that we could have used it sooner, but I also should have asked about that. - Nothing else, it was lovely! Thanks so much!!!

Great getaway to the Laurel Mountains. Spotless, clean, quiet and secluded. Easy check in, location is off grid, and away from others. There was work being done on water lines near the property which impacted water pressure. This is beyond the control of the property manager, but before you book, double check to make sure that work is finished, or make the informed decision to book in spite of the friendly notice. No complaints on our end; just wanted to mention the situation for others. Hot Tub was fantastic; crystal clear and clean! Quick communication response from our host, and we even requested late check out to spend more time there! We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others!

Check in was at exactly 4o’clock, not a minute earlier. So we stood outside with our bags on the porch for several minutes waiting to gain access. The unit entry was covered with spiderwebs and bugs and was in a campground/ trailer park and not well labeled.Photos of the property are dated and inaccurate. The property is a double wide trailer with a massive crack going down the center of the floor, with uneven floors, which leads me to question the integrity of the structure. This also led to all the (unattached) floor registers sitting uneven on the floors to the point you can smash your toes or trip over them while walking. After gaining entry, the main door was hanging on the hinge and was clearly broken into at some point. The deadbolt was only in place by a thin piece of wood when the unit was locked. Leaving us feeling very insecure and we were not able to sleep easy. The unit smells like moth balls and the furniture is not the same as in the pictures. The hot tub was nice but the concrete was all busted up which made it uneasy to navigate barefoot. Also there was no outdoor light, so once the sun was down it was navigate by flashlight only. Fire pit was actually full of old ash/ half burnt logs. I cleaned it out but we never even bothered to use it. We decided to pack up, block the door, and be out first thing in the morning, only staying 1 night of our trip. I have written emails and been in touch for a full refund because this was 100% acceptable

A little dated but perfectly comfortable. Some of the flooring was sketchy... sinks when stepped on. A few doors were sinking off honges and needed lifting to close. Enjoyed the crystal clean hot tub, the Keurig, the comfy beds, the instant hot showers

The outside looked great in the photos. Still, once inside, it's an old doublewide with bad windows and a floor that slopes on one side of the living area. The concrete on the back patio is damaged (rainwater I expect) with small stones and concrete a mess that makes it impossible to have bare feet. It also makes getting in and out of the hot tub tricky without stepping on stones or concrete. Speaking of the hot tub, the water was lukewarm and not at all appealing to be in. The bed was not comfortable. For the money, I'd say this isn't worth it, even though it looks like it.

Nice cabin for a stay

The cabin was easy to find based on the directions given and photos of the cabin. It was very clean inside and pretty spacious in the main bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The firepit was very nice and so was the hot tub. Overall perfect for what we needed. The price for one night was a little steep for a cabin in a remote area in my opinion even though everything was great, that is the only reason for four stars instead of five!

This really is a perfect hideaway!

My girlfriend and I simply loved staying here. It's the kind of place you wish that you lived in full-time. Being able to use a hot tub any time of the day is a true luxury!The sheer privacy and beauty of the natural surroundings is unmatched. The cabin is actually a very nicely rennovated mobile home with all of the conveniences this entails: laundry room, full kitchen, extremely cozy living room, a master bedroom and a small second bedroom with twin bed. I would 100% stay here again or even move in and have a whole change in lifestyle!

Perfect getaway

Loved the house and the hot tub. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, good pillows. Location was great too-- quiet, no traffic, polite/quiet neighbors. We had a maintenance issue the first night but it was promptly seen to by management and we were very appreciative. I might suggest a small vacuum in the place-- the sand and gravel from the area around the hot tub gets everywhere-- but other than that, no complaints. We will definitely be back.

Great hiding spot for adults

I took my significant other for a weekend away here and it was great. Secluded enough to enjoy the hot tub without worrying about neighbors. Some furniture changes had happened since the pictures were taken and the love seat was gone. But with only 2 of us, it didn't matter. Nothing fancy about this place but if you are just looking for a quiet place to relax, this worked great for us. We had one problem with the back door locking us out and forcing me to walk in the snow to the front door (luckily we had left it unlocked) but I reported it and was assured it would be taken care of. Great communication with property owners, not overly demanding with the clean up. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.

Cute but not a five star place

Nice private getaway. The water pump was broken and would make an awful loud noise every five mins. Kept us up. Couldn’t be fixed while we were there. Fireplace also didn’t work. Rusted grates in kitchen and bathroom floor that made it dangerous to walk around barefoot. The place was nice other than that and super private. Not . If your going on weekdays know that not alot of stores are open Tuesdays and Wednesdays other then the casino and a local pizza place for food

A really nice getaway!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was very clean and had nice furniture. My only complaint was that I wish there was some kind of railing for the front steps and maybe some kind of screen door for the side door that leads out to the hot tub. Everything else was really nice though and I would stay here again.

Wasn't pleasant

Cabin wasn't cleaned well at all. Had a funky smell to it. Bed door barely closed. Cabin has mice running around. No screen door or screens on any windows so you couldnt air it out. The hot tube needed to be clean as well. Animal hair all over the blanket on the bed. Woke up with extremely swollen eye's after the first night. I've stayed in many of cabins before and this is definitely my least favorite. Will never come back ot recommend this place.
