The Space:

Set within the popular Whitesands complex, this welcoming coastal villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the pristine shores of Geographe Bay and everything Dunsborough has to offer.



Upstairs, the loft-style living area offers a relaxed space to unwind, with the lounge connecting to the primary bedroom, creating an open, light-filled retreat. Choose the cosy sitting nook by the windows or the adjoining balcony to unwind with a glass of local wine, immerse yourself in the leafy surrounds, and breathe in the fresh coastal air. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide a welcoming hub for preparing meals and gathering together. Sliding doors open to the private backyard, where an outdoor dining setting surrounded by established gardens invites relaxed alfresco lunches and balmy evenings.



Accommodation is arranged across two levels, with a mix of enclosed and open-plan sleeping spaces. Downstairs, two fully enclosed bedrooms offer privacy: one with a king bed, the other with two singles. Upstairs, an open-plan loft-style bedroom with a king bed and ensuite flows seamlessly into the upper living area, creating a bright, airy retreat with a relaxed coastal feel. The ensuite features a bathtub and separate shower, while the main bathroom offers a walk-in shower, providing everything you need to refresh after a day at the beach or exploring the region.



Air conditioning keeps the villa comfortable throughout the seasons, while on-site parking makes arriving and exploring the South West effortless. Please note that the upstairs primary bedroom is open-plan and not fully enclosed, with no door separating it from the upstairs living area. This home is Villa 5 within the Whitesands complex.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

This villa enjoys one of the most desirable coastal positions in Dunsborough. Just steps from the villa, you’ll find the calm waters of the bay, ideal for swimming, walking, and spending easy beach days. A scenic foreshore path connects you to Dunsborough town centre, where cafés, restaurants, and local shops are all within a short walk or cycle. The surrounding region also offers wineries, surf beaches, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the Margaret River area, making it a convenient and well-located base for your stay.



Getting Around:

Dunsborough town centre is just a short walk or cycle away via the scenic foreshore path, making it easy to access cafés, restaurants, and local shops. A car is recommended for exploring the wineries, beaches, and natural attractions of the wider Margaret River region.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement:

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Other Notes:

This property is part of the Whitesands complex, with additional villas also managed on-site. Ideal for group stays or larger family bookings (subject to availability).



Please note that while this booking channel does not count infants towards the total number of guests, local permit regulations require infants to be included in the property's maximum occupancy. When making your booking, please ensure infants are included in your total number of guests.
