The Space:

Meaning “happy” in Nyoongar, Djurapin is a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat inspired by a mid-century New York apartment, blending art-house elegance with relaxed beachside living. Inside, the main living area centres around generous lounge seating and a large television, creating a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach. Sliding bi-fold doors open completely to the alfresco entertaining area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A second living zone upstairs offers additional space to spread out, while a quiet library nook provides a peaceful corner for reading.



Designed for entertaining, the sleek kitchen features a large island with bar seating, quality appliances and a butler's pantry for additional preparation and storage space. Nearby, the dining area sits beneath soaring windows and architectural steel staircases, creating an impressive setting for group meals and special occasions.



Outdoor living centres around the private jacuzzi courtyard, offering a secluded space to soak, unwind and embrace the slower pace of seaside life. Nearby, the alfresco dining area and BBQ create an inviting setting for shared meals and warm evenings outdoors. Upstairs, the furnished balcony captures ocean glimpses and provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.



When it's time to recharge, the home's thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide a calm and stylish escape. The primary bedroom is positioned as a private retreat, separated from the upstairs living area by a barn door for added privacy. Complete with ocean glimpses, a king bed and a spacious ensuite featuring a spa bath and walk-in shower, it's an ideal space to unwind at the end of the day. A second king bedroom offers a similarly inviting retreat, while the third bedroom features two single beds, ideal for children or friends. The home includes two full bathrooms, including the ensuite and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet, plus an additional powder room for added convenience.

Whether you're after a relaxed brunch, long lunch, casual family meal or evening cocktails, there's something for every occasion nearby. Boutique shopping, local galleries, supermarkets and everyday essentials are all close by, while the renowned wineries, breweries and gourmet experiences of the Margaret River region make for an easy day trip.

We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
