Back inside, an open floor plan provides easy flow between the formal dining room, living spaces, and kitchen. The first living area features lofty two-story ceilings, a wet-bar area, and comfortable sofas overlooking the golf course and lagoon. An open formal dining area serves as the perfect place to gather for meals with your loved ones.

Proceed into the completely renovated kitchen, where you will find custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Open to the kitchen, the second family room provides ample seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a large wall-mounted TV. Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front entrance and rear deck. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
