Uralla, the "house on a hill", is a well maintained property in a beautiful part of Bathurst, just 3 mins by car to the town centre and all its cafes, restaurants, shops and parks.

With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces and large pool, this cheerful home is perfect for your next getaway with family, friends or colleagues.

Uralla has everything you need for a comfortable and special stay with a long list of thoughtfully appointed amenities.

Downstairs there's a modern and well-equipped kitchen for you to cook or bake-up a storm, with an open-plan casual breakfast room brimming with natural light. Nespresso coffee and tea facilities plus basic pantry essentials are provided.

A formal dining room with a reading and games area adjoins as does a separate spacious living room overlooking the garden with huge couch and 65" TV with Netflix, Kayo and Prime Video included.

Down the long hallway are three bedrooms, one with ensuite, as well as the master bathroom with bathtub.

In the upstairs retreat are two more large bedrooms, an ensuite and walk-through robe.

All the beds have comfy pillows, warm doonas and electric blankets (other than bunk and sofa beds) to keep you cosy in the cooler months. White cotton linen is professionally laundered, and bathrooms are stocked with lovely hand soap and body wash.

There are multiple heating and cooling options in each room including split-system, ducted heating downstairs, oil heaters and fans.

Enjoy the garden while having lunch on the deck, read a book in the cabana by the pool or go for a swim in the warmer months.

For your peace of mind Uralla is professionally cleaned after each guest.

We do not make up the trundle bed (floor mattress) or sofa bed by default for bookings of less than 11 guests. You'll have an opportunity to request they be made up for fewer guests in a pre-arrival booking form.

Linen is not provided for the travel cot and we ask that all guests using it bring at least a bottom sheet of their own

Very spacious and warm with central heating and plenty of bedroom radiators.Could tell owners stay there, as everything needed was there. All nice and clean. Although only 3 teaspoons!As a group of retirees, and a couple that could not do stairs, it would have been good to have a floor plan available showing bedroom configs, so we could plan who slept where. Verbal description did help, but a plan would have made it easier.Overall excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing

The photos of this house on Stayz were not an accurate representation. The less appealing and old parts of the house were not shown. The house was dirty in general with worn and dirty carpet, dirty windows/doors/screens, urine on toilet seat and dead plants upon arrival in driveway. There was no mention of steep narrow stairs in this house or the steep driveway with broken/unsafe concrete in most parts. Kitchen floor was grotty as were the benches. Very disappointing as we expected the standard stated and displayed in the advertisement.

We enjoy staying there when there's a free weekend and have made it as comfortable and welcoming as we can. There's nothing we like more than hearing about our guests' memorable stays at "Uralla".

We're available to offer help over email/phone throughout your stay and have a great team of local tradesmen who can attend the property in person.

Bathurst might be the spiritual home of motor racing in Australia, but the famed Mount Panorama circuit isn’t the only drawcard of this thriving regional centre.
