The loft is brand new, modern, and super cosy, fully equipped with all the amenities and a beautiful view of São Paulo from the balcony😍

We have parking for one car, but our street has some really great restaurant options so you can enjoy our area without having to use your car 😀
Additional notes
The loft was built on the site of the former Açúcar União factory; we have its tower, which is a charm all its own, along with some historic buildings on the street and cool restaurants, and we’re in a super charming area, Moóca 😍
