The retreat features two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master with ensuite and a second bedroom with access to a large, separate bathroom—ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Built in late 2018, the home is fresh, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to relax. Enjoy the outdoor hot and cold shower after a beach stroll, settle into the generous lounge space for a movie or quiet reading, or simply soak up the sun and views from the deck.

Located within easy walking distance to Pambula Beach and the river mouth, and just minutes from Pambula Village and Merimbula’s shops and restaurants, you’ll have the best of the Sapphire Coast at your doorstep—including fresh local oysters from nearby farms.

Your hosts, Janine and Walter, live in a separate apartment above and toward the back of the property, ensuring your privacy while remaining available if you need assistance or a friendly chat. To make your stay even more relaxing, enjoy a leisurely departure with a 12pm checkout.
